10:00am to 10:30am - Welcome and Introductions
10:30am to 10:45am - Coffee Break
10:45am to 12:00pm - Second Life Demo Roundtable
Multiple locations will be set up around the room where those who are currently working in Second Life will be signed in live and will be able to chat about, and demonstrate, what they are doing.
Simultaneous demonstrations by: Laura Nicosia and Meredith Wesolowski
NOTE: If you have experience/taught in SL and would like to demonstrate what you are doing/have done, please email AJ Kelton at keltona at mail dot montclair dot edu
12:00pm to 1:00pm - Lunch (included)
1:00pm to 2:30pm - Concurrent Sessions
Two concurrent sessions will be held: Introductory and Advanced.
In the Introductory session, mentors will work with those who are new, or fairly new, and are looking to either get into Second Life for the first time or learn some of the basics. This will be a hands on session.
In the Advanced session, participants will engage in conversation (and hands-on work if desired) reflecting the issues those attending wish to address. This will be a moderated session for those who are experienced in Second Life.
