It was great meeting everybody last week for our first session. I hope all has gone well. You've had a week since with your digital backpack, so we wanted to start some follow-up discussions to get us thinking about what we'll be doing over the spring.
We'll be posing some questions through a wiki so that everyone can provide feedback as they get comfortable with using the wiki as a collaborative learning tool.festa
To get more familiar with wikis and how they are used click: Wiki Video
As you can see in the Wiki video, you can edit this page just by clicking on the edit tab above this entry. After you edit, you are able to save your entry by clicking Save Page below.
When you are adding your comments, please sign them with your first name and last initial. Joe R.
Also, because we are all working on the same living document, do not delete somebody else's entry.
For our first part of the discussion, please watch this video: Information R/evolution
After watching the video, click on the questions below for a place to input your answers. This is an ongoing discussion, so there are no right or wrong answers.
Do these changes cause you to think about information in a different way? How?
How do you see the contents of the digital backpack impacting how you teach?
How are kids different because of digital media?
Click the link below to post questions that you run into and to look at FAQs others have had!
